Research Assistant Positions

The Self and Social Identity Lab will be accepting research assistant applications on a case by case basis depending on need.

If you are interested in acquiring research experience for graduate school and learning more about psychology research, this is an excellent opportunity to get involved!

Typical research assistant responsibilities include running participants in experiments, data entry, coding video and physiological data, participant recruitment, and other miscellaneous activities.

Psy99/199 credit is available.

Requirements

No experience is necessary. You will receive training in our research methods. We seek mature undergraduates. Applicants must be highly reliable, responsible, and motivated. Availability of at least 10-12 hours/week and a 2-3 quarter commitment are preferred. Male and female applicants from diverse backgrounds are desired. Although many of our assistants are Psychology majors, we encourage students from all majors to apply!
